CRM Entries

Entries are main entity of DropResponder. They often represent a person, customer, or lead.

    Add a header to begin generating the table of contents

    Add an Entry

    1. Click the "Add Entry" button in the bottom left of your collection.

    Edit An Entry

    It's quite simple. Treat it just like a spreadsheet.

    1. Double click on the cell you want to edit
    2. Start typing while selected

    Delete an Entry

    1. Select the checkbox on the left side for the entry you want to delete
    2. Click the trash can icon in the upper right

    View All Conversations Associated with Entry

    1. Click the "Expand" icon on the left side of the entry
    2. View the email threads in the far right of the popup window
