    Adding Email Conversations To Your CRM

    In the DropResponder sidebar, there are two options:

    First Option: Create a new entry (new lead) from this thread.

      1. Under "Create New Entry", you will see a list of all of your Collections.
      2. Click the Collection you'd like to add it to.

    Second Option: Add to an existing entry.

    DropResponder is smart - it will first look through your entries to see if there are any entries to suggest you add to:

    Editing Your CRM Data

    All of your data can be edited right inside the DropResponder sidebar.

    How To Remove An Entry

    1. Click the "Settings" gear icon
    2. Click "Remove From Thread"

    (this will remove the DropResponder thread record from that entry, and will not delete the entry itself - you must do that from the CRM)

    How To View Email conversations

    1. Click the "Expand" icon in the top right of the sidebar

    How To Add a New Field From Sidebar

    1. Located at the bottom of the sidebar, click the "Add Field" button
    2. Select the New Field Type in the dropdown list
    3. Give your new field a descriptive name
    4. Click "Add" button
