Send automated follow ups from existing email threads - as natural replies to the conversation.
What is a reply sequence?
If you're having an ongoing email discussion with a lead, you don't want to follow up as a new email, you want to follow up in that thread!
Send Automated Sequences When Replying to Emails
- Click the 'Auto Follow Up' link inside your reply to email
- Click the 'Choose Follow Ups' drop down
- Select a sequence or create a new one
Set Follow Up Sequence Inside Ongoing Email Thread
- Select 'Settings' the gear icon in the DropResponder shortcut
- Select 'Send Sequence'
- Select the sequence you want to send
- Select the send time
- Hit the 'Schedule Replies' button
